This Agreement is between MortgageEducation.com and the "Client," hereinafter referred to as "you." Parties are entering into this transaction with the following acknowledgments and understandings, and there has been no other agreement, either verbal or otherwise, between the parties hereto.
Refund policy: A request for refund, less a 15% processing fee, will be honored if requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase date. No refunds will be issued for courses which have been started, completed or expired. For classroom courses, refund requests must be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date.
Expiration: Yearly training courses (NMLS CE, Late CE and MortgageCOMPLY) expire at the end of the year they are purchased in. All NMLS PE courses and Test Prep Courses expire in 6 months. Expired courses can be renewed for 50% of the retail price.
Copyright: All information contained within the courses purchased is the property of MortgageEducation.com and protected under all copyright laws and guidelines. You cannot sell, transfer, assign, or copy information contained herein.
We do not offer success guarantees; however, if you feel you were misled by information you received prior to purchase, we will consider a refund within the seven (7) day timeframe mentioned above. Our courses do provide knowledge and abide by regulatory standards; however, your success and licensing is your responsibility and you agree to hold MortgageEducation.com corporately, individually, severally harmless of claims of any kind with respect to our courses.
